Exchanges & Returns

  • If the wrong item or print was sent to you, we will send you the new item at no additional cost. Just email a picture of what you received to sales@thedriftingsouls.com! No need to return the original item.
  • Apparel can be exchanged for a new size within 14 days of the customer receiving their order. A prepaid label for the return will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
  • Returns must be sent back to The Drifting Souls within 30 days from original date of purchase.
  • If you are unsatisfied with any item in your order and do not wish to have the item reprinted, we will give you store credit or refund you 100% of the cost of the item.

The Items:

  • Make sure there are no make-up or deodorant stains, animal hair or cigarette smoke odor. 
  • Item can’t be worn, altered or washed.

Shipping

Products may ship separately within your order.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 

We strive to process and ship orders within 3-5 business day of receiving your order. This time frame does not include weekends or holidays or high volume sales periods such as Christmas. During high volume sales periods, your order may take 10-12 days to process. After your order has shipped, please allow 5-7 business days for standard shipping.

DELIVERY

We ship to the address listed in the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. 

Please be aware that once a package is shipped, the USPS often does not update package tracking information until it is delivered. 

Tracking information is provided on all orders. The Drifting Souls will only respond to requests to track orders that have gone beyond 10 business days from the date the order was placed. 

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by customer will be subject to additional shipping costs if returned to The Drifting Souls as undeliverable.

The Drifting Souls does not accept liability for any packages after they have been accepted by the USPS for delivery to customer. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a USPS failure, please contact them with any questions or concerns.
